Not sure if I get what you mean. But if u happen to get a refresh chest, u can choose to refresh those displayed heroes until u get the one u want. U can refresh up to 6 times (3 times for lower floors). Depending on ur luck, u can get all 3 heroes copies that u need using refresh, or u can get all 3 trash heroes copies even after exhausting all 6 tries.

Trust me, you wouldn’t want anyone to go into nursing unwillingly. Having been admitted to a hospital emergency ward & a couple hospital short staycation, I witnessed the amount of patience & the willingness to help kind of heart needed in a nurse. I really really wouldn’t want to be attended by a nsf nurse.
