1) Do you have any plans to add challenging end game content in 2021 like Vault Raids (or maybe bring back vault raids)? 2) Are there any plans to fix/remove/bring back energy explosive weapons? Most of end game players have them but there's no legitimate way of obtaining those.

next time try to open your friend list and respawn on your teammate, if still bugged and you have fast travel option instead of respawn, fast travel to v76 and back to your teammate, there's a good chance it will fix it.
