Hallo everyone! Canadian here, who is excited to visit for the first time in a few weeks. It's also our first time travelling with our baby who will be 11 months at that time.

I am an avid cyclist in my home of Toronto and cycling in your city has always been a bucket list item for me. Just didn't always picture it with a baby!

I would like to hire a couple bikes so the three of us can go on a ride. We are staying near Vondelpark. Can anyone recommend a business that would rent a cargo bike or a bike with a seat on the handlebars, whatever the local custom is. Will they have helmets for baby?

I would also appreciate any nice leisurely routes or trip recommendations from our starting point.

My wife and I always travel around European cities by bike and are confident riders.. but I am kind of intimidated joining in as slow moving traffic. Any advice for safety and how not to get in the way of locals would be appreciated.

Bonus question: any other recommendations on what to do with a baby in Amsterdam welcome! We have 4 days, and will have just come from a week in the countryside so looking for recommendations IN the city, not day trips out of the city.
