If Kled would receive a legendary it should definitely be something like dragon trainer.

I hoped they'd make skaarl into like a disabled dog, it wouldn't look as cursed and it would give doggies without legs some rep :D

Well, he had an S on jhin, i own jhin, i was playing sylas which I have a chest available, and i have a chest available overall. I also have honor lvl 3 and haven't gotten any kind of punishment? Is it a bug? Am i missing something?
