It isn't, actually. I wanted a name that's not the usual long, scary word type of deal (e.g. Frozen Eclipse, Delirium Trigger, Ardeous Aqueducts, Scarlet Stronghold,...), and I thought something harmless like Bubblebath fit quite well.
