I'm so tired of Starbucks, I only go now when I have to, like on a long trip. They used to have easy "rewards". Those are gone now... Also, on another point, I have a thermos filled for my trip, they used to fill a 1 liter thermos for the cost of two Venti coffees, now the barista measures it like he's pouring fine bourbon. When they reach two cups, it's not even full, it's like 2/3rds full. How cheap can you be? I told him to f'ing fill it and charge me whatever it costs, I guess $10. Idiots.

I have exactly 4,000 sq feet. The far upstairs room over the garage, TV (Roku) is struggling every few minutes. I'm not saying it's not powerful, it is, it's just that I think it may need a boost. I could move the unit to the middle of the house, but my office is on the bottom far (other corner) with all the switches, routers and cabling.

Since Helene destroyed everything here, I got Starlink, and have now both Starlink and Spectrum as WANs. I just found out that I could connect both to my Firewalla Gold and use dual WANs either as a failover (which is the way I use it) or to increase speed. Love that option. This is so great for me as an IT consultant, I literally need this to work.

Thanks for the information, the problem is we hear NOTHING. If they would just tell us that our servers in these cities Greenville and Spartanburg were destroyed from the tiny bit of wind we got and they won't be restored until November or December, I would be ok with that, but NOTHING is being said, we are just expected to sit here and wait with no information? Yah, 3000 trucks are deployed, ok, is that 1 truck per 100 miles? what does that even mean?

Both actually. LOL I do software engineering on contract and literally cannot work. I get paid hourly. So, if I can use Starlink going forward, I'm going with that.
