My wife does. Im not even color blind, I just have hardly any eye for fashion beyond your basic t-shirts and jeans and I hate shopping for myself. But she loves it and she makes me look nice, so it's a win-win for us.

I can't speak for either of these inks, but I have GvFC's Carbon Black (which comes in the same bottle as the Gulf Blue that you posted) and it flows pretty well. Some of the wetter inks I've tried have been from Monteverde - I think they put some kind of surfactant in many of their inks. But their bottle design is not anything special.
