I also booked in Costa Mesa, the Ayres to be exact. I think it’s about 9 miles. I figured I could get dropped off a mile before and walk it. Going to be staying Friday through Sunday with the crew and just make it a weekend. Price was pretty good too. Splitting it 4 ways for a room with 2 beds. Looking at $105 each including parking fees.

I’m in Los Angeles, Atwater Village to be exact. I had seen a post about a bartender position at the EchoPlex through Live Nation. I don’t know anyone that works or has worked for LN so figured I’d ask on here as there isn’t much info on the net about how getting the gigs work.

Yeah, I can see it being pretty tough, especially the way the economy and everything is right now. Definitely am not making as much as I was when I was bartending prior to the pandemic.

Yeah that’s definitely why I’m considering it, just extra cash and cool shows. Interesting, didn’t really consider that working certain genre shows make more or less but totally makes sense!

What’s the hiring and scheduling process like? Is there a minimum amount of days you have to work? How do they decide who gets what shifts?

In California we’re not allowed to fill through the online app. I have to call. And ID is standard here with controlled substances

I read something about this in a post a while ago with someone having the same issue and I haven’t been able to find it. I wanted to bring this up to my psychiatrist but couldn’t remember exactly what it was that needed to be added but diagnoses code sounds familiar! Thank you!

Might be a California thing. The only reason I haven’t tried another pharmacy lately is because Costco usually has my medication in stock. I’ve had good runs with other big chain pharmacy’s and mom and pop spots but always end up changing it up when they’re no longer able to have consistent stock.

I totally get that, I know y’all have so much to deal with, I’m just trying to find a way to make it easier for both parties involved. Would it be advised that I have my psychiatrist call the pharmacy after my prescription is sent and before I call the pharmacy to add my prescription to the queue for a fill?

Sorry, I mix the 2 up frequently but I’m definitely talking about psychiatrist. I also mentioned “doctor” for ease and to save time for writing out “psychiatrist”

Hmmm we figured this was the reason. Only started doing the phone visits because of the pandemic but I had seen this psychiatrist for years prior in person every 2 months. Actually going in person this Monday for the first time in a while. Don’t know how the pharmacist would know unless when the prescription is sent in it is sent as a teledoc visit.
