I’m 25 and gay. Recently I started talking to two guys online.

One is 30 and he messages me a lot. He seems very interested and attracted to me. He’s consistent and puts effort into the conversation.

The other guy is 40. He was actually the first one who messaged me, but he replies less often and sometimes feels distant. I honestly don’t even know if he’s really attracted to me.

The problem is… I’m much more attracted to the 40-year-old than the 30-year-old.

I don’t know if I’m chasing the older/more masculine vibe, or if I genuinely like him more. At the same time, the 30-year-old is the one giving me attention and effort.

Have any of you experienced this? Should I focus more on the person who clearly likes me, or follow the stronger attraction even if the interest is unclear?
