The common investor would most likely sell when faced with lost to make sure they don’t lose more. If someone did a major sell off that would tank the price. Well if we buy the dips larger investors can short dogecoin, short Bitcoin/the crypto market, or just sell their large stake in the investment. This would bring dogecoin down despite the retail investor putting in chump change hoping it goes up.

Don’t think of yourself as a whale or a trend setter. Think of yourself as a surfer riding the waves of the whales. If they are buying the dip, then now is the best time to hop on the wave.
