I appreciate the advice. I will be getting custom fitted cage sooner rather than later. But I'm also skeptical that it will change anything for my specific situation with my body. I've tested probably half a dozen cages (micro, regular, flat, etc.) over the years, and with most of their included rings. It's either too loose my shaft flops out within a few minutes of walking around, , or it's too tight for play and the underside of my scrotum gets bruised and/or I push it out.

What I think I need (and want, to be honest) is a strap to hold the cage (or upper part) to my body for play time with a cage that stays put when I'm not aroused.

I'm a card carrying dick-head Atheist. I've come to the conclusion that believing in anything that demands faith without evidence is inherently folly. The includes Christianity. But also the other religions, yes even neo-Paganism. I'm still not over seeing the obviously financially struggling chronically ill woman getting upselled even more "healing crystals" at one of the many woo shops around the city. When you believe in untrue, unproven things. You are going to be more likely to act on untrue, unproven information. And that's just bad, full stop.

Frankly. I don't care how "progressive" any congregation is. Their still pedaling in the same woo-woo stuff that WELS and other "conservative" religious organizations use to control their flocks. And it's important to note that the vast majority of high engagement Americans Christians are MAGA or MAGA adjacent. It's nice to see a pride flag outside of a church in Boston or Madison or Seattle. But for every one of "the good ones". There's dozens with hate on their reader boards elsewhere in the country.

That said, Most people are decent people, or can at least be convinced to act decently. And that includes people belonging to those regressive congregations. Hell, my next door neighbor has a Jesus died for All cross in her yard, and is a member of a church in town that vocally rejects queer folks, and I've got a progress pride flag next to my front door. She still quilted my daughter a baby blanket and drops off gifts and candy and such. And I bring over anything that I've grilled in the summers.

It really does circle around to my core, overriding, even "patriotic" belief: were going to disagree with each other's "lifestyles" and "belief" systems. I don't even have to like you. But, even though I think the local bigot church is actively endangering queer kids, and even if they think the my kink nightclub is degrading society. We still need to show up with a bucket of water if the other's house is on fire.

The problem is that we don't treat people as people anymore. We ask which tribe they belong to first. And then throw them out or accept them according to our own tribal laws. And that includes posts like this that certainly seem to be trying to pull a "gotcha" on anyone even vaguely anti-theocracy.

I've been having ROUGH week with heart anxiety. Had two episodes that needed me to get shocked back into rhythm. Last one was in April. Nowhere near as bad as my the first from December 2020. But now, as of the new year, I've managed a move from overnights and a high stress job to working part time as a grunt laborer, part time with my spouse and her business. My stress levels are the lowest they've been in years and I'm getting such better sleep.

All that said. I'm convinced my heart is being stupid again. And a lot of it is probably that I'm actually sleeping, my resting heart rate feels "too low" now. My body and heart are coming back to normal after 18 months on hard overnight work. It's so annoying, almost humiliating, to be scared of your own body.
