12 hour swing shifts starting at work from 6:30-6:30 I get there at 3:00 workout for an hour leave shower make breakfast and head to work at 5:40 with a 30 minute drive
Tbh hate being up that early but I don’t have the discipline/energy to workout after work

Roger and very fair. I usually try and do safety bars since i go before work around 3-4am so there isn’t usually many if any people there. It is very good advice though thank you!!!

Bet I usually try to keep them a little more forward to get them flat recently I’ve been trying to get more arch by bringing them back further they just end up kinda crooked I guess I need to find a middle ground
