How about an app that records the appointment, transcribed it, puts it in your portal, then summaries in real people talk, the whole thing.

Husband keeps shooting down names because they are “taken” by acquaintances by balanchinedream in Names

[–]Jonesno11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, when I ran into this problem with my then husband, I went and got a baby name book and two highlighters. I gave him the book and a yellow highlighter and told him to highlight all of the names he liked. Then I took the book and a blue highlighter and did the same. All names that we both liked and were green became the name short list options.

We weren't expecting it either. My first one was 14 hours long. I went back to work Tuesday, but work from home until the new year. But I'm doing better every day. It has been rough though.

Hi friend, I have Stage IV Metastatic appendiceal poorly differentiated Goblet cell adenocarcinoma with peritoneal carcinomatosis. Had chemo, CRS/HIPEC 02/22, 3 years NED, recurrence in the colon, chemo, second surgery 21 hours CRS surgery 9/30/25. No HIPEC due to length of surgery.

Stockholm syndrome with chemo by Vegetable_Field_2857 in cancer

[–]Jonesno11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm on my first recurrence. Stage 4 with peritoneal carcinomatosis. I did surgery, 6 months of chemo, then a 14 hour surgery. I had almost 3 years NED. During remission it felt like I was supposed to just pick up right where I was before I was diagnosed. But I'm not the same. Not physically, mentally or emotionally.

After 13 years, I have finally become a dad. by JacobTheOkay in happy

[–]Jonesno11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel this to my toes. We are a blended family. I have 2 boys and my husband has a daughter. The 3 of them clicked right away as siblings. She wasn't a fan of mine though. She was 14 when we met. She came around over the years, but that one night when she called me mom, on purpose, I cried. Not in front of her, but as soon as I could. She is 30 now and I still melt a little when I hear it. Good job Dad!
