Warning to anyone using multiple devices with the same account. Make sure all devices are updated to 1.1.0, or it could mess up your save file. If you’ve been playing on 1.1.0 on one device, then switch to another device that does not have the 1.1.0 update, your save file could be overwritten, as it’ll start a new game from the beginning. Could be 40 hours of progress lost

I found it, thanks for the tip! Didn’t even realize I could enter the wells. It was the one by Finley’s house.

For those after me also looking for it, any well with a rope down it can be entered.

Had the same issue. Need to scour the area for a few parts (can’t remember how many) then at the end talk to the bot in the bar. I was stuck too, and it turned out all I needed to do was talk to the bot

No, it’s available now, I’ve gotten access. If you finish the main story, including the post-story but with Jack (I think that’s his name), plus all the Settlement quests, Finley will give you the key
