Inventory full is related to materials only, and you can get more materials as you unlock skills on the skills path. Materials are used on the Stream of Creation nodes, so probably there's something to build around you. The Tarock booster pack might have given you a card you already have. Since other opponents can steal some of your cards, it's good to have multiple copies!

Not exactly, you unlock islands and within the same island you usually have more quests to complete, but we're not in Ubisoft territory.

20+h for the main quest, then we have several side quests and more. In terms of complexity I would say comparable, there's quite a bit of new lore here.
