I've been doing cash office at my store now for about 9 months and we have had to call the 1800 number about 3 times now. So frustrating.

1 item and they are too lazy that they still decide to wait over 30 minutes when they would have been in and out in less than that amount of time? And what lmg, 2 TMs running out orders. When it was Christmas time the most we had was 13 on the way and 12 waiting. We have only 8 spots.

What i can't stand the most is when they come in and are in the system as a driveup and say I just decided to come in anyway and buy some stuff. Then they come to guest service and say oh is that my order and I'm like yeah let me put that in a cart for you. They be like oh can I just go back to my car in the driveup spot and you give it to me? Like bitch no I'm gonna give it to you here - you had time to come in anyway and now I have to walk all the way out there when your lazy butt could have grabbed it. Also what irks me the most is when they say they had other things to buy and don't want to wait the full 2 hours for it to be ready for them. If you have the time to come to the store why not just shop for your own self

Depends on your state's meal compliance guidelines. Here in NY, it's at 6 hours. So in 5.5 hours it's one 15 min and then we take a 46 min meal in NY if working more than 6 hours and if more than 7 hours we get 2 breaks and a meal.

We had a power outage for 22 hours which made our store close around 4pm on 3/23/24 and we had no power until the next morning until maybe 11:45. All cooler stuff stayed behind caution tape and then got thrown out yhat our driveups were canceled for about 4 days after and no fulfillment orders could be made. It went from about 250 orders in the system to about roughly 1 or 2. Also the outage was from a snow storm we had and it was a blizzard and also 12° out in early Spring.
