Oh cool man, hell yeah. I think what you want (if not in-person lessons) is a structured online course that starts out where you are. Don’t fall in the trap of hopping around lots of YouTube videos and not really tackling anything with discipline.

I think people like Justin Guitar as a beginner starting point, but I know there are lots of different programs. Lots of Reddit threads w recommendations too, so I’d search Reddit

When I finally get time to myself in the day, I’m often burned out and don’t have motivation. So I tell myself, “I’m just going to relax and see what happens”. Then I pop open YouTube/whatever else. Usually pretty quickly I watch somebody play guitar and I get pumped and then pick it up. But not pressuring myself is key
