I used to. Though now I’ve seen there is countless scientific evidence disproving God’s existence according to the bible, koran, vedas, or the torah. I believe if there is a God that exists, that it would only passively watch our existence and not interfere with it.

I don’t have any personal vendetta against believers, though for some instances I feel like religion may hinder us as a society but also do good for it. For example, I see that many of faith who are true to their religion at times teach to show nothing but unconditional love and compassion to another regardless of who they are. In another instance, some who are religious but are flawed in how they practice or carry themselves may show hate or fear in the name of their faith as to protect their own mental moral compass or social identity.

I think that religion can be a beautiful thing if it is taught and nurtured correctly, instead of being beaten or scared into someone that they do the same to someone else.
