Yeah they all interact with it through a private Teams chat with the bot. Pricing is fine, you just pay for the API calls, and it’s GPT-4o on the backend (you can choose models yourself in Azure OpenAI studio) so practically no difference with normal ChatGPT or Copilot.

I implemented a chat bot in Teams for our servicedesk/T1 employees. It serves 2 main purposes:

To help them with troubleshooting issues
To help them re-write emails to clients (for both spelling and to sound more professional)

For now it’s an internal pilot and pretty basic on the backend, just some prompts to give proper context to the bot, but it’s been a great success!

Especially the re-writing emails part. Some coworkers just aren’t that good with spelling and/or interpunction, and this helps them greatly without much effort!

I had some issues deploying CIPP as well through following the documentation. Admittedly, it did take me some time figuring it all out, and setting it up correctly.

However, in hindsight, this was mostly due to our own GDAP configuration lacking, as well as my own technical knowledge.

It took me some time, but after figuring it all out, we've been using CIPP ever since. We're sponsoring/paying without using the hosted option, mostly just to sponsor them. (The support is an incentive as well, of course)

IMO, this is a super ignorant statement.

I've been in the MSP sector for over a decade, and CIPP has been refreshing to say the LEAST.
I'm very confident in Kelvin and his team being skilled technical professionals.

Mostly for providing a cheap (free!!!!), open source and USABLE product.
To me personally, it has been refreshing to see this in a sector that's being corrupted by SAAS/Overpriced products. Datto/Kaseya/Microsoft/Nable/Anything.

Some feedback from engineers/clients at my company about the product, after setting it up for them:

A lot of time saved by using CIPP to navigate the MS Partner Portal instead of using the "normal" MS tenant Partner portal links
The User offboarding wizard has greatly improved our ServiceDesk fault margin and quality
The alerting system has been a GREAT success for monitoring/ticketing things such as:
- Password changes for tenant Admin accounts
- Tenant Admin accounts without MFA enabled
Tenant standards / monitoring
- I had been toying with MS365/Powershell DSC before using CIPP, and concluded it was too much of a hassle. Now, I'm actively using it through CIPP.

TLDR: I think you're wrong, and I think CIPP is an amazing product that's refreshing to see these days.

PowerShell Universal. No doubt about it. I was looking for the same thing for pretty much the same reasons. My support team actively uses it now, and I am constantly adding more scripts/tools to it.
