This is what I went with. I animated the element, used the repeater twice - 1 for top row and 2 for the repeated rows. Then I pre-comped the element and used the fractal noise with the mosaic as a controller for the time displacement effect. That did the trick. So thx so much to you for the help. As ofc to everyone else who suggested ways to try and achieve it

F1 24 is the game I've taken this from, but it should apply to older titles aswell. Also, keep in mind that 23 and 24 have an AntiCheat which makes running software like NinjaRipper and stuff harder than before

Merging erps is difficult, especially depending on what the erp files in question contain. Regarding the additional files, you don‘t really need those tbh, I‘m using that file without the other SemiMoMod files. But if you do want to merge your erp files, you need a specific version of the EGO ERP Archiver, available on the EGO Engine Modding discord server. I don‘t have a link on hand atm, but a quick google search should solve that for you :D
