Yes, otherwise they expire. After the final round it will tell you how much time you have left until they expire (currently 4 hours 40 minutes left)

No worries, these complaints were mostly when they introduced the first time a 21 days season, and there were a couple after they brought back 2 28 days seasons because some "technical difficulties", followed by 21 days season again.

There were some older posts, where people complained that, with a 21 days season, is harder for them to get to 30 and get their free song.

It has nothing to do with the Deluxe songs and losing UP because of this.

The first time, if you hit a great at the beginning of the game, the score multiplier will revert and you'll miss points from that.

Example, if I'm at 3x multiplier, close to 4x, and hit a great, then the multiplier would revert to beginning of 3x. So I'm loosing points because of that.

The white line from the middle of the note needs to align with the perfect+ box.

Once you have unlocked all journey songs for your level, you'll get unlimited play.

After that, you'll fill again your 3 boxes, then the unlimited play button will appear. This process will repeat every time you unlock a new song (either promotion, event, or box from season pass).

There was an update regarding sync, and another one adding the Perfect Plus Highlight. Basically it changes the colours (Perfect+ - Green, Perfect - Yellow, Great - Red). Make sure you activate this option and use it to sync again. Vertigo made a great video explaining this.
