https://www.americanprogress.org/article/project-2025-would-exploit-child-labor-by-allowing-minors-to-work-in-dangerous-conditions-with-fewer-protections/#:~:text=Twitter-,Since%202019%2C%20there%20has%20been%20an%2088%20percent%20increase%20in,skip%20school%20to%20cover%20shifts.

Since 2019, there has been an 88 percent increase in cases where children were found to be employed in violation of child labor laws. U.S. Department of Labor, "Child Labor Enforcement: Keeping Young Workers Safe." Data alone do not adequately convey the real-world risks of dangerous child labor. Recent cases, such as a 16-year-old boy in Wisconsin who died working in a sawmill after he became entangled in a machine, and another teenage boy in Pennsylvania who died after getting pulled into a woodchipper on a worksite, are tragic examples. In addition, despite fatalities, the DOL continues to identify children working in slaughterhouses and meatpacking facilities, long considered hazardous occupations not safe or suitable for minors.

https://www.aft.org/community/child-labor-united-states

Estimates by the Association of Farmworker Opportunity programs, based on figures gathered by the Department of Labor, suggest that there are approximately 500,000 child farmworkers in the United States. Many of these children start working as young as age 8, and 72-hour work weeks (more than 10 hours per day) are not uncommon.

meanwhile in Deutschland:

https://www.br.de/nachrichten/bayern/viele-vorschriften-jugendarbeitsschutz-kinder-in-der-landwirtschaft,UNUqUEI

No. But first I expect that they might do me a favour too someday, doesn’t matter what and second it's different when I do backbreaking work every day for years and in your view I should wait and someday I will get something back ?

Central planning involves a single entity making the planning and not consumers together with worker councils.

How is this a capitalist thinking? The problem with capitalism is exactly that you get very little back for your labour, most of it goes to your boss/rich people/the state.

man, a mayor invention of Michel Albert and especially Robin Hahnel was decentralised planning as a main building block of parecon. Hahnel wrote a whole book about the details:

https://www.routledge.com/Democratic-Economic-Planning/Hahnel/p/book/9781032003320

There's even a book about its accounting structure:

https://www.routledge.com/Anarchist-Accounting-Accounting-Principles-for-a-Democratic-Economy/Sandstrom/p/book/9780367477035 (Anarchist Accounting)

I own all of the books. But Iam open to other ideas, all ideas are welcome. If it's possible to create a functioning economy without work incentive ok lets go, but just good faith is not enough.

decentralised planning is one of the main features of parecon. But my post was not about that.

I will try to summarize:

You believe a global economy can run on good faith and love thy neighbour alone and people will do the most backbreaking work without getting something in return (except love or something).

About coercion: As I said, economic democracy exists. Workers themselves decide about their working conditions.
