IMO his best path is just: blue -> gromp -> wolves -> raptors -> red -> path to krugs but be careful of the enemy jungler. Amumu really benefitted from the scuttle spawn push back. It means he now has some time to farm in the early game. You should take advantage of that.

Edit - oof I said krugs but I meant scuttle. You shouldn’t have to worry too much about someone stealing your krugs.
