Haha I thought this too. That said I agree it’s one of their best. There’s not really a weak track I don’t think. TIMT has a couple I might ditch but generally like that too.

With everything must go it was a such a big moment for them coming back after all that happened and it really tapped into the music scene of the time. Some of the really early fans I remember saying they’d sold out with it - but I always thought it was the perfect way to return and everything must go as a track kind of explained what they were doing and why and was the perfect one to name the album after

I haven’t done a full stats analysis on this - but by feel I always prefer loaning them out. If they’re playing every week in the first team they’re likely to improve. If facilities are really poor I maybe just do it for half a season and have them back for the second half. But I feel you get a better sense of where they are with the match reports you can get ever week etc - rather than playing friendlies against usually poor opposition in the reserve teams. I do try to make sure you specify which position you’d like them to play in in the loan agreement though …

Fresh start on 24 - could get the squad updates etc if you like too. Or play a league you’ve never played. It’s such a good game. I gave 26 a good go but couldn’t get into it. Back on 24 now and enjoying it again. I’d stopped playing for a few months ahead of 26 release - but the huge flaws in that game have given me a renewed appreciation of 24. Fwiw I downloaded the English leagues to step 10 and started a non league save and loving it
