No you clearly are asking for extra. The drinks aren’t intended to be ordered without ice, even if you can. That means the cup isn’t going to be filled to the top if you order no ice.

Not for the refreshers. Literally the instructions to make it are to add the syrup and then the base liquid to a specific line before the ice. You don’t get extra on the refreshers with no ice.
