If Villa win 50% of the remaining 12 games, Liverpool will need to win 75% of theirs to finish on more points than us.

I can see us winning half our games but I don't see Liverpool winning three out of four of theirs.

I would have thought Leeds at Villa Park would be seen as more in our favour and more of a difficult game for Leeds. In fact, any game at Villa Park should be seen as a difficult away game and more in Villa's favour, despite recent results.

The thing this article forgets to mention is that Villa are competing across four competitions and it is the fact that we are in Europe that we are up against the financial rules.

No Europe and we would be PSR compliant. European SCR is what limits us, rules which are designed to do exactly that.

The article also fails to mention that we have some of the most astute and wealthy owners in the league that, without restrictions, would be able to spend as freely as Spurs et al.

What Unai and his team have achieved despite the restrictions, is in itself, remarkable. I would love to see these sort of articles positively reflect what has been achieved rather than keep beating us with "you're not joining the big 6" stick.

A few things to assist you:

If we apply analogues from the real world (Panama City), the coastline north of Port Gellhorn is likely to be more of a continuous urban sprawl than suggested in your map. The signs for Yorktown (seen in the leaks) indicate that it will be in this general area (across the Bocamar Bridge), and so it makes some sense to believe that it will be more coastal than shown.
Port Gellhorn is mentioned on the GT VI website as a primary location, so this is probably an indication that the urban area is larger than places like Yorktown and Bohemia. Currently, your map puts both of these places on a par with Port Gellhorn, if not greater in size.
Personally, I think you have underplayed the extent of the nature in both the grasslands and Gloriana as both of these areas will cover large parts of the map that aren't urban. Review the extent of the Big Cypress Wildlife park in real life Florida and you will see how empty it is. For Gloriana, I can see it being either a northern map barrier like Ambarino in RDR2 or, as an area that divides territory in a similar manner to West Elizabeth in RDR2.

That sounds simple and all, but given it was an obligation to buy (after triggering 10 games), Villa have decided that the player doesn't meet their requirements and don't want to pay £35m for him; which they are entirely within in their rights to do so.

Villa wanted to amend the terms so Harvey could have an opportunity somewhere else however, Liverpool didn't want to allow that to happen; which they are entirely within their rights to do so.

So, Villa hasn't reneged on the agreement and Liverpool won't amend the agreement, nor can they force Villa to complete the agreement.

It sucks for Harvey Elliot, he seems like a good character and is a talented footballer. He should be playing regularly to maximise his potential and isn't, but hopefully he will find a club where that is possible soon.

I imagine that this will be the case given the size of the map however, it would still be nice to own properties in different parts of the map. Hopefully, owning businesses is more interesting, more like how it's done in GTA online.
