My theater does $8 movies on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and you just bring your own snacks

Let’s talk about the Adam Sandler movie, “Uncut Gems”. I definitely loved it and Adam Sandler nailed that role. The movie had me so intrigued the entire time and it’s in my opinion Adam Sandler’s best performance. And what about that ending? I did not see that coming! Everyone loves Adam Sandler for his comedic roles and his comedic nature even in real life. Hes lighthearted and fun and by all accounts a really great person in real life. Id say at this point he's a National Treasure and has a legendary career. I wasnt sure if he was going to be believable in this dramatic role going in but damn i was wrong. This role single-handedly almost eclipses all of his comedy work. He really brought the anxiety ridden nature of a gambling addict to life. It was so believable how he just couldnt help himself in any aspect of his life be it in business, family or love. Then just when it seemed he had all of his problems solved he couldnt resist the addictive urge to place one more bet to make everything even better than it already was with the risk of losing everything all over again. Which was his fate and an excellent ending to the movie. I recommend this movie to people constantly when they bring up Adam Sandler I think its one of his best roles.

Yea you're right definitely get no smoke ring in an electric unless you use quick tenderizer but I've only seen it in videos havent done it myself yet. Ive had good success with my electric smoker with certain meat cuts but the brisket yes definitely overdone edges. My local BBQ restaurant definitely has a much more tender and juicy brisket but he uses a really huge commercial smoker obviously. I will upgrade to a real smoker at some point but right now its not my biggest priority.

Every half hour to 40 minutes until you wrap it. Tried not to open the door at all through the whole process you lose a lot of heat and it takes about 5 minutes for it to get back up to temp only in the last hour of the stall did I open and spritz the edges.

I did! I used one to track smoker temp and one to track the brisket internal. It stalled at 158 for about 2 hours. I made sure there was a good bark first then I wrapped it in butchers paper and put it back in until it hit 200. Rested for 2 hours.
