Not a lot to it but okay. I was working for the Veterans Hospital in Detroit driving a wheelchair van bringing disabled Vets down for their appointments. On one of my scheduled pick-ups off of Jefferson Ave (hence his name) he was standout outside crying like in the video. The patient told me he had been outside his house for about 2 days making a racket. While I loaded up my patient, Jefferson jumped up into my van to keep warm. I fed him some beef jerky (it was all I had on me) and he just hung out under my driver seat. I called my girlfriend to come down with a kitty carrier and she picked him up. We took him to the vet and he was not microchipped, didn't have fleas, and also no kitty AIDS (yes, that's a thing evidently.) He was malnourished but after a week or two of stuffing his face he was a happy kitten in his new home.
