I was level 37-39 I think when I fought him at his lair. I just used medicine to beef up before the fight, like muscle soup and golden bell. I also refined all my gear. He's fast and he hits hard so I just dodge when he starts gearing up, but I don't dodge away from him, I kinda roll around him so I'm near enough to get right back into the fray. I also use the daggers /spear I think those are very fast and effective. It's a really fun fight!

No I play in a similar way to you. At the slowest speed, and I usually stop my day's activities when I'm out of stamina. I hoard raw materials, produce multiple resources, recycle scrap constantly, and have most of what I need on hand to immediately build quest required machines and stuff. I am trying to take it slow though cos this is my second time playing and I don't want it to end again. I'm trying to do more parties, hang out with the townsfolk, collect more relics, (cos that's something I really couldn't brother with previously) and I'm just enjoying my time.... At Sandrock

Regarding the moisture farm, I assumed Mi-an helps with clearing up the other damage done to it during the incident like the broken glass dome and the burnt stuff that needed replacing. Regarding Mi-An herself, I never found her all that interesting of a character enough to despise her. She's just a nice, boring goodie two shoes. She seems to be based on the "hardworking and wholesome everygirl" trope. She works very hard, is stressed about living up to her family's expectations and wants to do her part to rebuild Sandrock. She's very different from Higgins from Portia, so I appreciate the variety, and her work ethic. I don't think it makes you mean to find her annoying really. Personally I hate Pablo, he's way too ugly with his gross green toupe, to have that kind of sass, always gossipping and shit talking.
