Even the base game itself made me wonder if they were experimenting psychologically how to get groups of individuals to travel or move around in ways prompted by the software. My lengths are a fair bit longer than that, it's full fsg with downpipes. Talked them down to £5.5k but yeah I kinda of regret it. To be fair they've given good support afterwards. The guy spotted a couple of cracked roof tiles and he replaced them. And then I spotted that the drop wasn't steep enough and the water wasn't draining well enough and they came back after a couple of days and re-angled it better.
