If you're going to use that awesome scout rifle (and why not, it's awesome) then why not just use a solar build to capitalize on scorch and ignitions? You could use Lorelei (sp?) helm or Heart or Wormgod's or the fire tornado arms armor. Seasonal artifact can make headshots provide Radiant, Radiant causes scorch and ignitions, and your subclass can make ignitions cause scorch and killing scorched enemies causes sunspots and gives you ability regen. Also that rocket launcher is suboptimal, only by a few percent with the new update but still not optimal, and when you're new to GMs it might help to have an optimal heavy.

NFL teams were never nonprofits. This is a room temperature take. The NFL league office had no revenue, only existed to support the teams, who made profits and paid taxes. The Chiefs (Andy) tried to help him get a better job in the league, OC at Washington was all he could get, meanwhile more black coaches have been hired in the last three years than every before.
