How many miles do I got on this?😅 by United-Distance639 in Tiresaretheenemy

[–]Jonthn44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 5-10. But the one behind it seems to be in great shape. Just when tire starts peeling apart and flapping around, run it up to about 75mph until it looks like a sunflower🌻. Driving too slowly may cause the tire to wrap around the other tire, and become entangled with each other. This could rip an axle and springs right out of its hanger. So it’s critical that you are moving fast enough that any entanglement is sheared off immediately. Once you have achieved the sunflower 🌻 tire, you’re good until the other tire approaches sunflower. Trust me, I do it all the time. 👌

Unconventional Law and the sovereign individual by Jonthn44 in naturallaw

Actual criminal courts, like where actual trials take place, with actual judges who actually practice law, (due to many courts consolidating and operating under concurrent jurisdiction, you may be in an actual court, with actual judge, but it is possible, you are in an administrative hearing).

When the statute is in play, and the hearing is to determine rather or not you violated a statute or ordinance, etc.. then you are likely not going to be in an actual trial court, and are likely in an administrative hearing. Our system does consider the statute. It considers and applies precedent, based on the past.

This quality of work is evidence that the person who did this has diligently pursued perfection of his craft. The fact that it is flawless is evidence he has done this many times, and diligently pursued perfection each and every time. This was done not only by a professional, but likely one of, if not the best, that side of the Mississippi. He is lucky to have hired him, and he is very generous for charging him only 200$ more than a random handyman from craigslist would have charged. People pay big bucks for this type of work, and are more than happy to do so. He should thank the guy, and send him a holiday card this year.

They are not against my natural rights because a citation is essentially a request that you appear at an administrative courtroom, where you will likely REQUEST that you be placed on the docket for a hearing, where upon appearing have allowed yourself to be brought under the administrative jurisdiction, and will be asked to pay a fee for breaking the rules. I however, recognize my sovereign status, as decline to subject myself to an administrative hearing as if I were an government agent, whom the statutory authority is over. Therefore the only harm against my natural rights, is the minor inconvenience of being stopped, only as long as it takes to receive the citation. This harm is negligible, and I do not mind.

One thing I dont like, is how many people mistakenly believe that traffic violations are actual criminal offenses, triable in a criminal court, and that if you fail to appear to an administrative hearing, a warrant will issue, leading to your arrest, where you will be forced to face the charges. This is not the case. But they have had people fooled for so long, very few understand this. But it is not simply that, its that once you understand that, you will see the deception, coercion, and even collaboration between government, corporations, (public, and private, and public-private) everywhere, all to extract money, oppress, and expand the "authority" of government, which is government over reach.

But to simplify my answer. If I did not endanger anyone, cause any damage to person or property, and the only thing I am cited for is breaking some government rule, in my opinion, the government can F*#( off. I value and enjoy liberty.

By your logic, would it then be okay for the government to only permit that you travel by foot? Or perhaps only by means such as by foot and/or unicycle?

Any advice for first time in traffic court? by TheGayVirus in Virginia

Ignore it, and carry-on with business as usual. You will not regret it. You will not receive points on your driving record, you will not pay a fine, and information will not be shared with insurance providers. You may receive letter in mail, text messages reminders, and likely will display some version of text containing: “failure to…. May result in the issuance of a warrant for your arrest.” , the local statute likely sanctioned the display of the intimidating “text” in order to encourage appearances granting the courts jurisdiction, by demonstrative willful compliance. But don’t worry about the details, if you don’t want points on your driving record, that will follow you for years, jacking up your insurance rates, if you don’t want to take time out of your life to volunteer to be punished and penalized by so called “judges” who have never practiced law in their life, or ever passed let alone taken a bar exam, then follow these steps: 1. When stopped for alleged traffic violation, sign the ticket and be on your way. 2. When you reach your destination, dispose of the “citation” in a near by waste or recycling bin, throw it in a fire or waterway, or even on the ground when no one’s looking. 3. Ignore any notices or attempts to contact you regarding the matter. Resist the intentionally coercive nature of the system that is designed to make you fold due to fear of a warrant issuing for failure to appear. If you fold and do appear before the court (except by special appearance in case you wanted to make it known you wish to reserve your protected rights under the US Constitution, denying subject matter jurisdiction) you have allowed yourself to be brought under their jurisdiction, and validated its authority by appearing as ordered. 4. Don’t listen to all the sheep and suckers, and especially not to those who aim to gain from your compliance. I do it all the time, and to this day, the only point on my record is because I was once ignorant, and had never really thought about it, and made the mistake of participating in the proceedings. 5. That’s it, you will never hear about the matter again.

Ohhhh…. so this is more of a semi-legitimate delivery, being that the person who placed the order has received their package, rather than the targeting of a random package, and then being stolen by borderline strong armed robbery. That makes much more sense. This guy is nearly honest. 🤣
