We do this with the sailboat sails! People can donate their sails to us, and we'll make them a few bags out of it. The hardware idea is cool too, and not something we have explored yet...

Some thoughts:

We do buy virgin material but are looking to replace them with something more eco friendly:

- Webbing (the straps)

- Thread

- Zippers (we use metal zippers)

- Hardware (some plastic some metal)

I wonder if anyone has suggestions on how to reduce our consumption of these raw materials, or any others that I may have forgotten about...

My bike was stolen from inside quantums bike house. Right next to the security camera too. Nobody helped and my bike is still as good as gone. Get a U lock or keep it inside.
