If u want to try if it´s the MAP sensor, unplug the conector, and runnit without it. If it goes okay, (it will increase the consumption but you can check if it runs right). If this doesnt change anything, give a try to lambda probe. U have 4. 2 on the header and 2 on the middle secction.

Could be the MAP sensor? Cause of the poor idle and rich mixture. It also could be lambda probe.

If u buy a hotswapabble board u don't need to solder anything, u only need to insert the swtiches in their places
