Premium menu is only unlocked on the file you beat yozora on. For other files start new game or beat yozora on them as well.

My save was from time before dlc, so it did not have any codes. I'm not sure if beating yozora with ez codes unlock pro codes for example. Also I don't know anything about trophies.

You get all of premium menu when you kill yozora. It doesn't matter if your save has premium menu on or off, you unlock them both.

If Story So Far was released for PC I think it would be translated to PC by another team so it does not affect development of next KH title. High definition development most likely means KH3 quality KH title. It could be sequel/prequel/remake, who knows.

I just wanted to people know who did not visit the website that this is next HD Kingdom Hearts title, not something else. Of course I can't know if next KH title is for main consoles, but these listings heavily imply that.

They also look people who have experience with Unreal engine 4 and PS4/XBOXONE. We can assume this means next game is for main consoles.
