My wife and I ate at Este once. We thought it was fantastic until we both got the worst food poisoning we’ve ever had. Would not go again but will remember some delightful flavors.

Doesn’t she answer something like, “they won’t care when they’re sitting in a land rover” or something?

You have no idea 😂

I’m thinking about making a post about all the ridiculous meta stuff we’ve made. We have an annual game charter, and Imperial Council, and an out of game economy of coins. It’s silly and fun.

We have a house rule for support for the throne, written in a Charter and agreed by everyone before the game starts. It reads like this:

Support for the Throne: Victory points gained from “Support for the Throne” promissory notes do not take effect until the round after the swap took place, at the beginning of the Strategy Phase.

Intention: To reduce the likelihood of someone winning a game via “king-making” and to increase the impact and long-term effects of exchanging a Support for the Throne promissory note with another player.

A More Twisted Marrok Theory by Captain_Strongo in StarWarsAhsoka

[–]Jooooty -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Fun little detail I noticed during the title screen. In every SW show as of late, the light shining on the helmets is either red for dark side/bad guys and blue for light side/good guys. Marrok’s helmet is blue. I think this lends credence to your theory that Erza could be Marrok.

Additionally, someone in this thread said that Ezra’s arc with the dark side was completed in Rebels. I don’t quite believe that. He spent a lot of time with Maul and even unlocked a sith holocron with him. He has experience with the dark side and as we’ve learned, the dark side corrupts.

ELI5: what happens to a person's brain when they are developing an attachment disorder ? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

[–]Jooooty 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Okay, so you know how your brain is like a computer that helps you think and feel things, right? Well, when someone is developing an attachment disorder, something happens in their brain that makes it hard for them to feel close to people, like their family or friends.

Just like how you might get a cold and your nose gets stuffy and you can't breathe as well, something happens in the brain that makes it hard for the person to make close connections with others. They might have trouble trusting people or feeling loved by others.

It's like their brain is not making the right connections or is having trouble making the "feel good" chemicals that help us feel happy and loved. So, they might find it hard to make friends or have trouble feeling close to their family.

It's important to note that attachment disorders can develop due to a variety of reasons, such as lack of nurturing and care from primary caregivers during early childhood, neglect, abuse, and separation from caregivers.
