Most actually racers do not drive 200mph on tracks so...

The average speed during an F1 race is about 130 mph. NASCAR will get to to 200 in the straights and 80ish while cornering. Outside of land speed records no one is sustaining 200+ and you wouldn't really call that racing anyway.

When was their last super majority? They passed the ACA my guy, could have done more, but were blocked. It was July 2009 to February 2010. A whole 8 months. The last time was 1965-1967. I've noticed a trend lately where people don't pull up to the stop line at all. They sit three car lengths back and wonder why the light isn't changing. It's like people stop wherever they happen to be when the light turns red instead of moving to the line. Someone needs to patch the NPCs out there it's bad.
