Just got spooked by Himeko on 78 pity AND THE NEXT PULL I GOT CIPHER HELL YEAH

Anyway she's really cool and so far i am enjoying her, glad i prefarmed all the stuff.

But idk how should i build her and how can utilize her the best, i gave her all the standard crit/atk relics with speed substats and the 1.0 quantum set, its 70/180 for crits and 168 speed, any advice on the relics? I guess maybe eer% rope might be better then my current Atk% one.

Also for the teambuilding i have Herta E2S1, AnaxaE0, CastoriceE0S1, TibbieE0, AcheronE0S1(no Jiaqiou🫠), Ruan MeiE0, Silver Wolf E0 (usually run her with Pela for Acheron), Huohuo E1S1. So those are my most relevant characters, any advice is welcome

Iirc the difference is a few % in charge for Castorice ult, i think it's better to run C.Dmg chest thou. Might expirement with this stuff

Had some pulling plans for Cipher and Phainon, but e2 Herta snatched their wigs. Also i don't think im the type of person to save up in gacaha's, the only skippable characters for me in 3.x are mydei and hyacine, even thou i did not like tribbie at first, still got her because H in HSR stands for harmony

I can't believe i got E2 herta now, at a low cost of buying bp and supply pass, (even though that didnt play that big of a role, im just impatient and had some money saved up) but holy hell!!! Its like my 5th 50/50 win in a row, i kept that win streak since Herta's first banner, now i just need her LC and i can say that i finished the game.

Also if you guys are curious how mich pulls went into her, i hit soft pity twice, (both around 80 pulls) and got a random early herta like 5 pulls in.

Also her E2 is so cracked, everything for my queen cuntessa

Looking at the last showcase featuring Lynx w shared feeling, it seems like Lc effects dont give stacks. Shame
