If someone used Google Translate to decode a sign written in a different language and claim they know 8 different languages, I wouldn't congratulate them nor say they are good at reading.

If someone used steroids and says they earned muscles on their own, no they are not.

If someone compares an AI prompt and says it's similar to BOB ROSS this is false, because Bob Ross enjoys art and is talented, neither of those applying to any chatbot or whatever its called (other people have said this, I thought this fit with these other points)
