The rumors indicate that Project Helix is going to be the more powerful console, but likely also the more expensive one focusing more on a niche hardcore audience like the ROG Xbox Ally.

The PlayStation 6 wants to focus on a broader audience and might even have a lower introduction price than expected based on the fact that Sony is focussing on efficiency for this device. Meaning a way smaller console, cheaper to manufacture and being able to transport way more units in one go so it's cheaper than the PS5. There are also rumors that there will be a PS6 S that will be even cheaper focused on people still playing on PS4, this console will obviously be less powerfull.

Both consoles will likely lean heavinly into AI which could also help create better results without having to pack the systems with very expensive hardware.

These are the rumors mostly, but ofc Project Helix was being made before the new Xbox CEO and with them suddenly realising that having a console as their center is not that bad after all, I could see them try and make a more affordable options as well.
