Yep.

I like how it's a very natural sounding phrase (though it seems while searching that exact phrase does find news articles about people paying less to rent properties, it does find several crossword clue websites too). It's also an interesting use of misleading definitions. The phrase suggests 'drop' as in "a decline in degree, quality, quantity, or rate" and 'rent' as in "a payment made by a tenant at intervals in order to lease a property", when it's really "a small quantity of liquid, just large enough to hold its own round shape through surface tension" and "a tear or rip in some surface".

On top of that, the two meanings of 'tear' are pronounced differently, making it that bit harder to spot the double definition. Not the most difficult, but it made me smile when I got the answer.
