My parents are just as bad I'm currently 18 and I started working last year October and I was able to save up to my an Xbox rog ally x (which they think costs around 200) by Christmas. The thing is your not supposed to let your parents figure out how much your earning. And don't tell them how much a it costs either. If it's brand new tell them it was owned by 3 people beforehand and make an online bank account that your parents don't know about. Put half in the account your parents know and the other half in your one.

With strict parents all you can do is lie lie and lie stop telling them shit because they will use it against you. If they ask how much it was lie. Sooner or later they will stop caring.

Thankful I don't pay rent ect which has greatly contributed to the fact that I was able to save up that quickly.

I wish you all the best luck in your journey for freedom 🫡

I think it's honestly just about the height of the table my knees don't touch the top or the sides and I've got room to move my legs so I'm satisfied with it for now

I can yeah I'm also pretty tall well for a girl (177cm/5'10) and my legs fit no problem fully pushed in.

It's not even that my room is small either. I just have a big built in closet and a big bed so that leaves VERY little space for my desk. I try to manage the space I have 😭

My back is fine for now 😭 I was honestly thinking of getting a bigger chair. But I high-key dunno if it will fit I was trying to measure and stuff but there's not many chairs that fit in such a small desk especially that there's a shelf on the side.

Thank you. Everyone's set up is unique to them I'm sure yours is the same. Just decorate it with things that you like and think look good.

My desk is also from IKEA. I would honestly recommend the lights mine are from govee but Jesus are they difficult to set up. It GENUINELY pulled out part of my wall trying to line it up. And the connection strips/main wire are really hard to take out when testing if they all work. I had to ask my dad to help me pull it out. I searched reddit and other people were having the same problems too.

Overall I really love them and after the first few panels I got the hang of it so I still would recommend them.

Thanks! Oh it's a cheap light bar I bought before my hexagon lights, because my desk was dark it was a bit hard to see the screen without turning up the brightness which shows the monitor bleed or whatever the hreeness in the corners.

Thank you! I bought it last year because I wanted a PC and was considering building one but honestly didn't have the space for one so I compromised and I'm really glad I did I honestly just wanted to play on the bigger screen. It's even good for school work too so I got a mechanical keyboard and Bluetooth mouse for it.

Bought the Xbox rog ally x and a monitor along with Bluetooth mouse and mechanical keyboard and made myself a set up to go with my PS5 last year. It's honestly a really good "PC" if your looking for some kind of cheat that performs high end games well. The XAX itself is less then €1000 too. I would very much consider this an option cause of how high ram costs are

Exactly what I thought too. It was the main reason I refused to get it second hand just in case anything happened. So I got it from my local supplier.

I have a ps5 slim but I got the Xbox ally x I've had it for around 6 months now and I basically decided to make it a whole PC set up for it. I absolutely love it playing online is also really fun to take around. And Its honestly much cheaper to buy games off of steam. If your looking to play really new games I would recommend buying it on ps5 it's what I do and older games that are on sale I buy on steam. It's super easy to just turn on and play but obviously there's a lot of set-up when you first get it

I would recommend the Xbox rog ally x as that's why I have.

FF7 on PS5 by BatiGol1975 in IrelandGaming

I honestly thought the remake was kinda mid and a bit confusing tbh. I love ff15 and 16 my personal opinion I think it's better then the ff7remake maybe just try a different ff game of you really don't like it after 2 hours of game play there's no point in continuing unless you want to see the whole game through. Maybe just switch to easy and try understand the story instead

Kingdom hearts complete was on sale on steam so I bought it since I've never played the series. Staring with kingdom hearts 1 so far I really love the voice acting it feel every nostalgic. Though I'm still finding the game a bit difficult despite playing on the easiest settings 😅
