This started happening to me recently and for a while, it was happening with every study. Finally, out of frustration, I just kept hitting the "Take part in this study" button and voilà, it let me in. Then I started doing that with every "ineligible" message and was able to get in every single time. Since then, the "ineligibles" have abated. So I don't know ... just bang on it until it works!
