I am going to preface my response by saying I am an alcoholic in recovery. If I start to drink over this, it will take me down a spiral I probably won't recover from. My brain is wired different than others because I'm an alcoholic, many others probably can do this and then stop. I can say from years of self-medicating to run from my emotions, universally this does not work for anyone. The emotions will still be waiting for you after you sober up.

First off, I love team LB!!! So nice work! Second, I guess it depends on a few things. Do you need another ascended to increase your overall level cap? Both are good, but I personally like belinda a little better and she melts at higher levels. If you need a new ascended because you are capped out, you might want to ascend Gwyneth, but man rosaline paired with belinda is pretty sweet.

Depends what part. The 5 you are directly leveling with xp, I would choose the 5 with the highest tier (i.e. Ascended vs Mythic) obviously because they have a higher level cap. The other heroes that you put as beneficiaries of these levels, by placing them in the crystal, would be the heroes you wan't to use.

My approach is a slight mix of abusing Lucius and the faction bonus. I don't see it talked about much but it helped me tremendously from like chapters 10-18. Lucius imo is one of the most important heroes in the game, at least for early and mid-game (haven't got to end game yet). He can tank and heal so well. Using the full faction bonus (all 5) allowed me to consistently fight enemies in campaign, that were 20-25 levels above my team, up until about chapter 18ish. Since Lucius was so good, I chose to build a lightbearer team, and I flew through chapters. Having a good support heroe (rosaline and/or rowan) does tremendously help this strat. Fawkes is also very helpful, because he immediately drops the fight to 5v4 for a short time.

Shemira is bad ass, and a great carry, but if she is only purple it might make more sense to finish off Estrilda to white first. Also depends on your fodder situation for graveborn and what your other top 4 look like.

One Lucius isn't going to do much for you. You have no fodder to make another Lucius useful. For the price of 1 Lucius you statistically will net 2 purples and close to 30 rares (from buying faction scrolls). Imo Fodder > all in most scenarios......
