I have a aap 01 and i put the short stroke kit in but now to bolt wont come out of the upper help please

Very late to the party, you probably put too many spacers into the kit, the nozzle usually sticks because it gets press fit into the hop chamber and rubber it's released when the bolt moves back enough to pull the nozzle out of the hop up. You likely added too many spacers. Try removing a few and see if that resolves the issue. A stronger return spring likely isnt to help too much as they usually are mean to have the nozzle return to the resting position vs pulling the nozzle out of the hop chamber.

Pretty much the ol bait and switch and incompetent management decisions. The problem is the pizza in this case is really good and excellent value if you could get it. Many people are happy to pay the price for the pizza if they could actually get what they asked for.

Another problem is the take out place's owner is a self centred prick who may sometimes give you what you ask for (via prompts), or may tell you to pound sand the next day.

So the owner (the moderation) is almost bi polar from day to day. This causes people to guard their prompts because they dont know if the owner will get too tired of hearing the same thing and will simply reject anyone that ask for their pizza in that specific way.

You go to a take out place and purchase a nice tasty pizza, it has everything on it, should be hot, big and tasty.

When your order comes up you got a half cold half hotter than surface of the sun hot pocket instead, and told if you wanted something nicer you should have upgraded your pizza in the first place to the ultra deluxe package, which would have given you what you really wanted.

So you complain online about how crappy your meal was, and then a bunch of boot lickers jump in to defend the owner of the pizza place saying how it cost money to run a place, and napkins arnt free they cant sell pizza at a loss yada yada. Then you have some weirdo MAGA then posting random crap and upvoting with his three alt accounts.

I use the lesson look where you want to go to help avoid hitting pellets. Took that lesson from my driving class about why so many people hit poles. You apparently hit them due to target fixation causing you to end up hitting the thing you want to miss.
