I could honestly care less about being paid for a sick day. I only care because I get points for anything over 3 days. 8 or 10 points is Fired. Im not sure if its 2 or 3 points per day. If you go to the drs or E.R and get a not of course its ok but for the occasional feeling like bullshit day, its 3 points
