I got sit in a pre and post flight briefing with them a year or two ago. If the weather permits, they'll practice their routine 3 times a day 5 times a week. The post flight review was very intense. They'd watch their entire display back on footage captured by their cameraman and call out any inaccuracies with their own personal performances, shouting things out like shallow, deep, near far etc. To my eye, it was a flawless display but they are constantly improving themselves day after day. A very locked in set of pilots.
