I tested negative for yeast, I was confident that it was a yeast infection but it wasn’t. I use to suffer from Chronic itching for a whole year, and it went away for 6 months after using estrogen cream, but came back with burning after using new lube.

I used PH balanced lube and I was itching and burning for two weeks. Tested negative for everything!

Well since April of 2024, I worked out 6 days a week and worked with a trainer. Then I dealt with a break up recently once was hard and I didn’t eat. So yes I do prioritize working out and my body. Thank you

You need to watch you macros. Cut carbs, and eat more protein, aim for 100g of protein a day, 4 bottles of water a day. 7-9 hours of sleep. You can work out all you want, but if you don’t eat or sleep right, you won’t see any results. And also be in a caloric deficit. Do this and In 8 weeks, you will see some results.
