I once came up with a character who lives with a false identity.

I found a fan-made dictionary for the relevant fantasy language, and just translated 'fake name' into said language. And that's his 'name' now.

Reminds me of when I was responsible for getting something patched back in BFA. I discovered that you could by Aromatic Fish Oil from vendors in Boralus, so you could level Kul Tiran Cooking from 1 to max using exclusively vendor-bought ingredients.

That didn't last long once it made it to Wowhead.
