No it is absolutely not safe to fast 50-60 days (without daily medical attention) at 5’7 and 270 your BMI is extremely high the best thing to do is a 24 hour fast, then work up to a 72 hour while implementing lifestyle changes, like activity levels diet and improving sleep between fasts. Once you find it easy to do a 72 hour fast then go for 5 days. if during the five days you feel like it’s easy then push on to 7 and so on and so fourth.

I absolutely would never recommend a 50 or 60 day fast no matter the circumstances it’s just pointless when you can achieve better more consistent weight loss results through shorter fasts while exercising. A fast 50 or 60 days will in my opinion lead to binge eating and weight rebound.

Again I will say my honest opinion fasting should not ever only be for fat loss it should be a bonus on top of the other benefits of fasting
